Sunday Trail Runs with Southern Oregon Runners and Southern Oregon Running Enthusiasts
Different destinations each Sunday at 9am. Check the Facebook or the Meetup for details on this week's adventure. All paces and distances welcome. 

 

Mondays, 6pm at Britt Woods

Meet at the upper lot in Jacksonville.  Run with us on the Britt trails at 6pm May through the fall.  We run any distance up to 6 miles.  All levels of runners are welcome.  It is great training for the Britt Woods Firehouse Run on July 1.  Come out and we will show you the official course.  Get a great workout in the shady hills of Jacksonville and make some new friends.  Lope past forgotten gold mines and the oldest giant sequoia in the state of Oregon.  Please note:  If there is a Britt concert that night, instead meet 3/4 miles out of town at the far end of the Sara Ziegler trail.  Just go west on Hwy 238 and park in the lot on the left.  We meet at 6:05pm those nights.  For any questions, call Dr. Doug Naversen at 541-890-7240

 

Wednesday Night Under the Lights

Run or jog under the lights at Phoenix High School track on Wednesdays beginning at 6:00 p.m.

Group Run Every Wednesday @ RVR 5:30 PM
The run is approximately 60 - 75 minutes. Runners of varied experience levels are invited to join. It's a great way to meet new runners and see new trails. A friendly reminder, this is in Ashland, at Rogue Valley Runners, so there will be hills.

Ladies Only Group Run Thursday RVR 5:30 PM
The ladies only group run follows the same suit as the Wednesday group run, however; the average pace is a wee bit slower. For those looking to join the Wednesday night group run, this is a great motivator.

Southern Oregon Running Enthusiasts also offers numerous training runs each week. It is a newer social networking group that is devoted to training and organized group runs.
